• Pattern recognition in biomedical data. Application of data analysis and pattern recognition systems in heterogeneous biomedical data including signals, images and clinical biomarkers. The aim is to develop diagnostic support systems, identify relevant biomarkers and further understand the mechanisms underlying the emergence of disease.
